CARA MEMBUAT</div>

Didihkan air, gula merah, gula pasir, daun pandan, lalu saring<br />Tuang rebusan gula yang manis panas tersebut kedalam tepung beras dan tepung terigu sambil diuleni selama 15 menit<br />Kocok dengan sendok sayur selama 20 menit.<br />Oya, supaya kuenya berserat, jangan lupa pukul adonan dengan menggunakan telapak tangan hingga licin dan agak mulur.<br />Diamkan adonan selama 2 jam. Tujuannya agar serat yang dihasilkan lebih sempurna.<br />Ada juga yang mendiamkan adonan selama semalaman, tapi bagi saya 2 jam sudah cukup kok.<br />Panaskan minyak goreng dalam wajan, lalu tuang satu sendok sayur adonan.<br />Siram lalu tusuk tengahnya dengan tusuk sate atau lidi sampai kering. Angkat, lalu tiriskan.</div>

<li style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 35px; padding: 0px; position: relative;">Panaskan wajan yang sudah diisi minyak goreng, yang telah diisi penuh</li>
<li style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 35px; padding: 0px; position: relative;">Celupkan cetakan kembang goyang kedalam adonan bagian bawah saja ( jangan sampai tercelup bagian atas karena akan sulit melepaskan kembang goyang )</li>
<li style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 35px; padding: 0px; position: relative;">Celupkan ke dalam minyak panas sambil di goyang goyangkan. Maka adonan akan terlepas dari cetakan</li>

<li>Rebus kacang hijau hingga matang lalu haluskan. Setelah halus, campur dengan gula pasir dan daun pandan, panaskan di atas api kecil sambil diaduk hingga adonan dapat dibentuk seperti bulat kelerang, sisihkan untuk adonan isi.</li>
<li>Campur rata tepung ketan, tepung sagu dan garam. Tuang santan hangat sedikit demi sedikit sambil diaduk. Uleni adonan hingga bisa dibentuk.</li>
<li>Ambil adonan, ukuran sesuai selera atau disesuaikan dengan jumlah isi. Bulatkan dan pipihkan lalu beri adonan isi, tutup dan bentuk bulat kembali. Gulingkan sambil tekan pelan tiap bulatan onde pada wijen.</li>
<li>Goreng dalam minyak banyak di atas api kecil hingga kekuningan dan mengapung, angkat dan tiriskan.</li>

<li>Siapkan mangkuk besar, campurkan semua bahan A lalu aduk hingga rata. Tutup mangkuk dengan lap, diamkan hingga 2 jam dan adonan mengembang, sisihkan.</li>
<li>Campurkan semua bahan B lalu uleni dengan tangan hingga rata. Masukkan ke dalam adonan A. Uleni lagi hingga benar-benar kalis dan tidak lengket di tangan. Tutup adonan dengan lap basah, diamkan hingga 1 jam dan mengembang.</li>
<li>Kempiskan dengan cara dipukul-pukul, pastikan semua udara sudah terbuang dari adonan dengan cara diuleni kembali. Bentuk bulat besar dan diamkan hingga 10 menit.</li>
<li>Potong adonan lalu timbang seberat 30 gram atau berat sesuai selera. Bentuk bulat lalu pipihkan, beri isi lalu tutup dan bulatkan kembali. Letakkan di atas kertas roti yang sudah dipotong sesuai ukuran bakpao. Diamkan 10 menit hingga sedikit mengembang.</li>
<li>Panaskan alat pengukus dengan api sedang. Susun bulatan bakpao, bungkusi tutup dandang dengan kain atau serbet. Kukus selama 15 menit hingga matang dan mengembang. Angkat dan sajikan hangat.</li>

<li style="font-size: 10pt;">Masak air bersama daun pandan dalam panci tertutup. Setelah mendidih, kecilkan api, rebus terus hingga air perebus berbau harum. Keluarkan daun pandan dari panci, masukkan bulatan adonan ke dalam air pandan. Masak hingga terapung (kurang lebih 5 menit) atau hingga matang, angkat, tiriskan.</li>
